      • Spartan Staffing is looking for experienced Machine Operators for our reputable Valparaiso client. Each Candidate must possess the ability to multi-task, self-motivate, organize and manage time in an industrial environment. We are looking for good, quality workers with at least 2-3 years experience; candidate must have a great track record in employment history. Experience in the automotive industry a plus.

        Quality candidates will:

          Have 2-3 years solid work history in machine operating
          Have the ability to lift 50+lbs.
          Be able to endure long work hours, 12hrs, with the flexibility to work all shifts
          Have no issues with a hot or cold environment
          Be able to take direction well
          Have the ability to problem solve with critical thinking


        Requirements

          Must be 18 years or older
          Must have High school diploma or equivalent
          Must be capable of passing a drug screen
          Must be capable of submitting to a background check
          Must be able to complete skills assessment
          Must comply to reference check policy
