Accident Prevention
At Spartan Staffing, the safety and health of our employees is essential. That’s why each Spartan Staffing employee receives a fundamental safety orientation covering accident prevention and general safety rules. We can also provide our employees with customized safety policies and procedures to reflect those of our customers. Thank you for sharing this commitment and for doing what is necessary to protect our employees. Everybody wins when accidents are prevented!

Customer Protection Program
Spartan Staffing is the official employer of its assignment employees and guarantees that it will promptly pay wages, make deductions, deposits, and payments required by federal, state or local laws, including deductions for social security and income taxes. Spartan Staffing will also make all contributions for unemployment compensation funds required by state and federal laws. Spartan Staffing will engage all employees in the filing of an Employment Eligibility Verification Form (I-9) and examine all documented identification.

Insurance
For your protection, Spartan Staffing maintains a comprehensive insurance package. We feel our comprehensive insurance package gives us the competitive edge over our competition. A copy of our insurance coverage can be provided upon request.

Spartan Staffing will maintain the following insurance:
• Workers' Compensation and Employers Liability Insurance
• Comprehensive General Liability Insurance

As your vendor, our liability insurance coverage for automobile accidents is secondary to your insurance coverage as the vehicle’s owner/lessee. Please do not authorize a Spartan Staffing employee to operate machinery or motor vehicles without written permission from Spartan Staffing.

Our Representatives are recognized by the American Staffing Association as Accredited Employment Law Professionals. As Certified Staffing Professionals (CSP), the accreditation not only aids in the prevention of employment law violations for our Company but for customers as well.
