Our payrolling service enables you to place personnel on our payroll for short-term or long-term assignments, making Spartan Staffing the employer of record for payroll purposes.

When you use Spartan’s payrolling services, your employees are paid the same way you pay them now: weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly or monthly. A Spartan Staffing representative will deliver the payroll and invoice, and you distribute the paychecks to your employees on your designated payday. You simply pay the total amount on the invoice.

This specialized service saves you time, paperwork and energy. It also provides a cost-effective method for staffing peak production periods and new-hire probationary periods with company-selected employees.
