Having the right person for every job order is key to your satisfaction – and to the way we do business.  

At Spartan Staffing, our selection and screening process is designed to match our employees to your specific job descriptions. We perform:  
•    Skill assessments
•    Pre-employment reference checks
•    Pre-employment drug tests (upon customer request)
•    Criminal background checks (upon customer request)

We are also very selective when recruiting and placing CDL Drivers. Every CDL driver we hire must meet our minimum qualifications, including:
•    CDL License
•    DOT Card
•    MVR (current)
•    5-Panel drug test, reviewed by a certified MRO
•    Verification of previous employment & prior driving experience
•    Verification of previous employer alcohol & controlled substance testing
•    Certificate of motor vehicle violations
