At Spartan Staffing, we understand that providing full service involves more than just sending you a "warm body." Our team is committed to exceeding your service expectations. Every time.

Spartan branch staff are responsive to you and are focused on your satisfaction. Our three-step Staffing Service System guarantees it.

Status Call
When your order is placed, you will receive a status update within one hour – or sooner, if requested. WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU.

Check-in Call
Within 15 minutes of a Spartan employee's start at your facility, we will call to confirm his/her safe arrival. For large groups on assignment, on-site supervision or scheduled arrival calls can be arranged.

Quality Call
For long-term assignments, we will periodically contact you in person and by phone to
monitor the progress of our employees. Any necessary corrective action will be addressed immediately.


GUARANTEE
Even with the best selection and retention programs, errors can occur. Therefore, should any Spartan Staffing employee not perform to your standards, notify us within the first four hours of assignment and that employee will be immediately replaced at no charge.
