•    Convenience Check Card – Spartan’s ATM/Debit Card. A convenient option for our employees who live far from our office or do not have a bank account.

•    Vacation Pay - Employees can receive vacation pay for five days’ pay based on regular rate of pay.  

•    Holiday Pay - Employees can receive up to 8 hours Holiday pay for selected holidays.  

•    Referral Bonus - Employees who refer applicants to Spartan can receive a bonus if their referral is hired and completes designated hours on assignment.  

•    Employee Appreciation Days - In appreciation of your hard and dedicated work with Spartan, we honor all our employees with a monthly Employee Appreciation consisting of food, beverages and other specialties. Spartan also recognizes one Spartan Superstar on this special day.
