Requirements: Knowledge of Kronos and ADP software, proficient in payroll administration. Experience in the administration of benefits, and workers compensation and other Human Resources programs. Responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing and hiring employees. Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping. Effective oral and written communication, excellent interpersonal and coaching skills, practice of a high level of confidentiality. Excellent organizational skills. Minimum of 2-5 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources
