Candidates must be able to read schematic drawings and possess a minimum of 1-2 years of precision soldering experience 

with delicate components under microscopic magnification. These components are extremely small!

All candidates are required to take a pre-employment test that includes starting with a blank circuit board, reading a schematic drawing, assembling, and soldering parts under a microscope. 

Candidates must have a strong attention to detail as our customer takes great pride in their ISO Certification and looks forward to providing their customers with continued quality work. 

The shop is air-conditioned, restrooms are plentiful, and a lunch room complete with vending machines, refrigerator, and microwave is available.  Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm.  Breaks are taken at 9:00am and 2:00pm.  Lunch is taken between 12:00pm-12:30pm.
