| We are recruiting for an employee owned company located in Victor, NY. Due to increasing production demands, they are purchasing new machinery and have need for several motivated operators for 1st shift. This is not a typical "production job". We are looking for proven leaders to join with their self-directed team environment. They will train but fully expect you to take charge of your responsibilities so that you and your unit earn the substantial production bonuses they offer and pay each quarter. (1st year average is the equivalent of 1 additional paycheck each quarter - and that is just the beginning...) You will be expected to work 10 to 12 hours daily depending on production demands, and a half day every Saturday. You and your team determine the overtime hours that need to be worked. You need to be adept at math and must be able to read a ruler efficiently. Beyond that your most important characteristic will be your drive to succeed. They have almost no turnover in their facility as they value and reward their employees with exceptional benefits, stock options, paid health, life and quarterly bonuses.
