Job Description

*Manage the retail compliance aspects ensuring customers' requirements are communicated to all affected functional groups

*Develop and maintain all compliance requirement manuals and procedures for each customer.

*To ensure that each functional groupl has procedures for adhering to all compliances and that there are tools in place for tracking and reporting compliance failures

* Individual will spend time with the Distribution Team, Sales Team, Customer Service Team, Credit Team- to ensure that the company adheres to the customers requirements, resulting in minimized charge-backs.

*Track and report compliance infractions

*Organize training meetings with Distribution and Customer Service for existing and new customer compliance profile review.

*will research charge-backs in conjunction with Credit Department, identifying source of failure, and ensuring measures are in place to prevent future failure.

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting Preferred

3 plus years experience working in customer Service Environment

JDE System experience preferred

Strong verbal / written communication skill

Ability to think strategically and make confident, quick decisions autonomously
