Qualified candidates must have:  4 yr degree in Business Administration or Human Resources OR 7+ years in the role of HR Generalist; PHR/SPHR preferred; excellent software proficiency with the following - Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook; strong knowledge of HRIS systems, ADP HRB, E-Z Labor and PC Payroll    Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills, 1st hand experience with discipline & performance management, excellent skills and techiques in recruitment, selection, classification, training & safety
