Position Summary:
Responsible for directing and managing the day-to-day scheduling, pricing and technical performance of company programs. Assists with establishing processes, procedures and performance metrics to ensure all programs conform to the organization's objectives. Participates in the creation of proposals, negotiation of contracts and contractual changes, operating budgets and financial terms and conditions of contracts. Develops, coordinates and monitors the disciplines and plans associated with a project to ensure successful accomplishment of program and technical objective. Effectively interfaces with both internal and external customers to ensure programs are meeting deadlines and objectives. Has solid knowledge of strategic planning related to program management and achieving organizational goals. Implements proactive strategies to ensure programs are monitored and that progress and problems are communicated to ensure appropriate resolution. Develops and implements metrics to effectively communicate the status of projects at any given time. Develops new business and expands product line. Designs and implements program management policies and procedures to include new techniques and methods. Relies on extensive expertise, experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complex tasks requiring creativity and ingenuity.

Important Notes Essential Job Requirements:
▪ BA/BS degree in Engineering, with experience in business. Master's degree preferred.
▪ 10 + years experience in a manufacturing/engineering setting
▪ Experience with DoD and government contracts



Physical Requirements:
▪ Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles
▪ Ability to perform detailed work for extended periods of time
