Jobing Description Company that assists clients in conversion to solar energy is in search of a working project manager. This person will oversee ALL aspects of the job from beginning to end. This job will require 50-80% of travel to job sites all over the United States. Most conversion projects last about 2 weeks. The ideal candidate will be team oriented, self-directed, ambitious, have a positive attitude and be a problem solver. Must be someone that will jump in and work, too.
Skills/ Requirements -Must have a working knowledge plumbing, solar energy and Electrical/ Licenses A+
-Must be able to read schematics
-Must have exp in Building permits
-Must have exp hiring subcontractors
-Must have exp in hiring own work crew
-Reading blue prints
-Must have some logistics background
-Must be good with numbers and budget


Important Notes THIS IS A HANDS ON PROJECT MANAGER JOB. THIS PERSON WILL BE WORKING ALONG WITH THE CREW SOMETIMES. HAS TO HAVE A "WHATEVER IT TAKES" ATTITUDE.
-Travel is MANDATORY--50-80% of time.
-College Degree preferred.
