Recruitment Coordinator

Seeking results oriented candidate with a sales background, not afraid to pick up the phone, pleasant demeanor and organizational skills. No computer skills required.

The ideal candidate posses the following:

*Need to be extremely articulate and comfortable conversing with top business executives, CEO's, and Middle Management

*Volunteer Recruitment Coordinator makes 100% outbound calls to various levels of business professionals asking for their commitment to participate in a one hour fundraising event.

*Have excellent listening skills, goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and focused

*Sales experience is a necessity

*Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check

*Has a High School Diploma or GED

*Has great follow-up skills

*Does not mind sitting for long periods of time on the telephone

Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 am- 2:30 pm (totaling 25 hours per week)

            *Includes one hour unpaid lunch*

Pay is $11/hr training first week and then $12/hr
