Spartan's Commitment - Safety First!
No other Spartan objective has a higher priority than employee safety. Your #1 job responsibility is to work safely and to do what is necessary to prevent accidents. As a condition of employment, employees must strictly follow safety rules and must never jeopardize safety for service demands, pressures or any other reasons.
Safety is a team effort - remain safety conscious and alert on all your job assignments, and be sure to report unsafe work conditions and accidents immediately to a Spartan representative. Your safety suggestions and comments are always welcome.
As a Spartan employee, you'll receive a safety orientation before your first assignment. In addition, you'll have access to special safety incentive programs such as our Forklift Certification Program and others. Your Spartan branch rep can give you additional details.
